#5andkind is a challenge to celebrate 5 years since my diagnosis with leukaemia.

During my treatment, Teenage Cancer Trust and the medical team that cared for me, showed unwavering generosity and kindness.

Teenage Cancer Trust are reliant on donations to provide young people diagnosed with cancer the specialist nursing care and support they need, to get them through the toughest time in their lives. The COVID-19 pandemic has put a stop to many fundraising events. But cancer doesn’t stop – and neither does Teenage Cancer Trust.

To mark this personal milestone, support a charity close to my heart, and put a smile on people’s faces, I would like to set you the challenge of carrying out a random act of kindness, and donating whatever you can to Teenage Cancer Trust (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/5andkind) @teenage_cancer

It doesn’t matter how big or small the gesture. It could be making a cup of tea for a loved one, writing a letter to your neighbour offering help, or paying someone a compliment. IT CAN LITERALLY BE ANYTHING. Social distancing doesn’t mean that you can’t be kind ❤️
